Shredders and Grinders
AES provides Shredders and Grinders for most every application, including recycling, security shredding, product destruction and material preconditioning. With our extensive product line and over 20 years experience, AES has the equipment and the know-how to get the job done right.
- Chopper Fans. Provides coarse shredding on the fly, as part of the pneumatic conveyance system.
- Floor Sweep Shredders. Shreds loose scraps and trimmings from production machines and sends it through the pneumatic conveyance system.
- Granulators and Pelletizers. Reduce plastics to flake or pellet form prior to remelt.
- Hoggers. For pre-conditioning entire sheets and cores for high-density baling.
- Rotary Grinders. Single-shaft grinders with changeable screens process a wide range of materials. Used for high-security applications like document and product destruction, and for size reduction of signature waste, plastics, textiles and wood.
- High-Volume Shredders. Top-feed shredders mount over the bale chute for continuous material feed. Ideal for high volumes of printer's waste.
- Security Shredders. Strip, Crosscut, and Particle styles. Various shred sizes are available to meet any security need, including NAID-certified shredding operations.
